Who was the Creative Arts teacher who was also a master baker, creating a five foot chocolate sailboat for the 1976 Sailing Olympics and a life-sized portrait of Queen Elizabeth in cake and icing for the 1977 Silver Jubilee?

And we have a winner! I knew this was going to be a fairly easy one for folks from the Kingston Campus in the early decades. More memories of Emilia would be most welcome.

Emelia (and her husband) escorted Bill Cruden and Paul Van Nest on a visit to Hungary to discuss that country's interest in educational initiatives. According to Paul, he ended up escorting Maureen McTeer to a party at the Canadian Embassy, in part to shield her from Alan Fortheringham who had written harshly about "Joe Who." I can't verify Paul's claim because those files are sealed by CSIS and the FBI.
